Is your mental health worth investing in?

We tend to see mental health as separate to physical health. Integration is key to stop the disconnect!

  • Do you dread the headache arriving?
  • Worry about the next hot flush coming?
  • Feel frustrated that you are gaining kilos faster than you can lose them?
  • Exhausted because you can’t sleep?

When we listen to our body and our mind we create awareness and can identify when areas in our body need help before problems compound.

It is easier than you think. You just need to decide you are ready for a healthier YOU!

A YOU that is more consciously aware of when your body goes out of balance.

Taking control of you health starts with you and with support you can shed unhealthy habits and create new one that serve your highest and best good. Is your mental health worth investing in?

Setting yourself up for mind and body success, joy, freedom and abundance!

Just because you may suffer headaches, weight gain or insomnia doesn’t mean that it has to be that way forever!

Twenty plus years ago my sister died from cancer, her rapid decline caused the family indescribable pain and suffering. Our mental and physical health was impacted! Showing up as anger, blame, accusations, anxiety, depression, fear, sadness and isolation to name a few.

This was classified as “grieving”. However staying stuck in these emotions can escalate into chronic mental and physical health conditions!

How we present to the world each day is a reflection of how we feel inside. Sometimes we wear a mask to hide our authentic feelings, that’s when life gets difficult!

  • We start to feel lost, feel that we don’t belong or dont deserve, we just don’t fit in!
  • Anxiety sets in and we can feel sad, lonely or isolated
  • We may experience bouts of anger
  • Our doubts and fears become amplified
  • We feel more fatigued and exhaustion manifests, leading us to become demotivated
  • We struggle to concentrate and experience persistent negative thoughts
  • We develop unhealthy eating patterns

Living with emotions and feelings that have a low vibrational frequency, cause the cells in the body to work sub optimally. Leading to dis-ease! Unable to fulfil our dreams!

– 1:5 of us will suffer a mental health condition in our working life
– Mental health issues cost the Australian economy a conservative $12 billion annually
– 1/3 of Corporate Australia is feeling stressed, anxious and depressed.

This is the year of fun, freedom and prosperity!

As we launch into the new year I wish for all my readers the most amazing, magical year yet! A year that supports your healing and growth in life, career and business. This is the year of fun, freedom and prosperity!

You choose!

In essence this is a year that you get to say YES to what “lights you up” and bring it to fruition! Anything is possible!

A new paradigm!

2023 is the year where we are encouraged to learn from our past lessons and let go of the baggage. We have moved into a new paradigm.

  • One that supports us to use our energy wisely.
  • Encouraging us to be present and create space for new ideas and thoughts.
  • It’s about freedom, fun, happiness, value and worthiness.

Energetically!

Energetically, this will be a fast paced year where we can move through our experiences quicker, taking the key points to move forward in a more effective way. No longer getting stuck in old ways, patterns or limiting beliefs.

Say goodbye to procrastination, scarcity and lack!!

Welcome in self awareness, balance, harmony, collaboration, expansiveness, respect and integrity!

In fact, inside all of us lies the wisdom, knowledge and gifts that we need to propel us forward this year. Therefore, we get to embody our intentions without stress, fear or anxiety. Aligning to our true path, our reason for being here.

As we tap into our inner wisdom we unleash confidence, courage and strength. This encourages us to take on the role of the chief people officer in our business or organisation. A role that will become increasingly important this year.

The chief people officer is the heart felt leader:

  • The leader who is authentic, honest, empathic and compassionate!
  • The one who listens and creates a safe space for others to speak up and have their voice heard.
  • Leaning into their intuition, drawing strength, knowledge, wisdom and guidance from within.
  • The leader that is ready to embody the new paradigm of leadership and business!

In fact health energetics will become more topical as it takes a holistic approach. In essence this will support the chief people officer to facilitate change. This is the year of fun, freedom and prosperity!

Therefore as we better understand the science of the body and mind. For this reason we learn how to energetically integrate and balance the body, mind and spirit. Becoming lighter, happier and healthier.

Applying these principles will help us nurture our health and wellbeing, our relationships whilst valuing what is important in our lives. Letting go of judgement and fear. Becoming more present and open with an agile mind. Seeing the beauty and wonder in life!

Indeed let’s say goodbye to stress, anxiety, burnout and chronic health conditions. For this reason become the chief people officer who is transformative, caring and supportive on a mental, physical and emotional level!

  • Re-invent – With this in mind be intentional, as Dr Wayne Dyer said “if you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” In particular taking the courageous step to do things differently. Therefore set a new plan. A plan that aligns to taking a new direction. One that lights you up. One that you feel excited about. Stepping into this new energy helps you to feel lighter and more motivated. You start to feel more balance and harmony in your life.

Do what you love!

When you do what you love and call it work, you will be full of joy, fun, excitement, success and happiness.
