Tune into your values stay connected intentional and claim what you desire!

We know that the world is going through massive change and transformation. One of the outputs of this is that we have a new type of leader and entrepreneur emerging. These leaders and entrepreneurs have seen the gaps and are creating solutions and offering purposeful opportunities on a humanitarian, social, personal, and professional level. Tune into your values stay connected intentional and claim what you desire!

Our energy has shifted!

Have you noticed that what you value, and love now is probably different from this time last year?  Our energy and mindset have shifted, and we now have a deeper clarity around what we love, what lights us up. The energy for the next couple of months is reminding us about the power of playfulness. To support our body and mind, we need to learn new ways of being due to all the changes occurring in our lives that are out of our control.

Be courageous!

All of this requires courage, as we surrender to new ways. When you move into the energy of fun and joy and playfulness, this helps you to manifest more. It also encourages you to be more visible in your life, career, and business. This is your time to shine and own who you really are. Tune into your values stay connected intentional and claim what you desire!

Lead with playfulness!

Our creative senses are ignited as we lead with playfulness. Joy enters our life. Your unique codes that lie within you are being activated as you heal through joy are playfulness. You are now stepping into a space where you can redefine what success means to you, letting go of old ways of thinking and social programming that are no longer relevant.

This shift creates an inner balance of our masculine and feminine energies. As this aligns, it allows us to accelerate our creativeness as well as taking action on what we want to create and manifest. We become more purposeful and elevate our happiness and success.

Ask yourself “where are you dimming the light in your life?”  Where are you not aligned; what mask do you need to let go of? Success occurs when you are clear about what you want to achieve in your life and career. Be generous and share your gifts, come from a place of being in service.

Own it!

Be strong with knowing who you are and how can you use your gifts to contribute to making the world a better place. Stretch yourself out of your comfort zone and say yes to your challenges to let go of the old and grow into the new. Challenge the old ways as many of them have become irrelevant with our shift in mindset.

We are all powerful creators, and this process becomes easier when we stop overthinking and look inward and trust our inner knowing and focus on joy and playfulness. Let go of the fear, control, and ego state that can hold you back from repeating old patterns and beliefs.Tune into your values stay connected intentional and claim what you desire!

“Courage is knowing what not to fear”

Plato

Fear can keep us stuck!

We know that when we live in fear, we sabotage our potential to succeed. We may fear failing, being visible, not being good enough or even being successful. According to traditional Chinese medicine, the organs in the body correlate to specific emotions. Fear and anxiety correlate to the kidneys. Therefore, an additional way to help support, strengthen and balance your body and mind is to be mindful of your kidneys. Remember when we support our physical body we also support our emotional and energetic bodies and we can grow and succeed easier in our life, business, career, and relationships.

Some tips to consider: –

  1. Eat foods that strengthen and support your kidneys such as blueberries, garlic, cranberries, olive oil, cauliflower, and salmon, although there are many other foods.
  2. Reduce or remove refined and processed foods from your diet
  3. Remove sugar from your diet
  4. Increase fibre-rich fruit and vegetables
  5. Reduce alcohol intake and stay hydrated
  6. Keep an eye on your blood pressure as high blood pressure may indicate some stress on your kidneys
  7. Just breath and remember less is more

Moving through this exciting year I encourage all female leaders and entrepreneurs to stay balanced, support their bodies, mind, and spirit. By doing this you will activate your unique codes that will support your health and success.

Love to hear what you are doing to escalate your success in career, business, and life this year?

Transformation is an ongoing process invest in your health!

Now is a magical time to launch into the year refreshed and invigorated. I have spent the past month focused on working with clients 1:1. But mostly I have spent time healing, re-aligning, and upgrading my energetic system as I prepare for this important year supporting my clients with an elevated energy and awareness to create sustained success, wealth, and happiness. Transformation is an ongoing process invest in your health!

Over the years practicing as a Naturopath and health professional, one of the key principles I encouraged my clients to do is to commit to a “springtime – spring clean” on an emotional and physical level. This “declutters the body” and creates space and lightens the energy. As this happens it boosts your health and vitality.

Changing seasons reflect change and new beginnings, or a change of pace and direction.  As a result, it is a perfect time to flush out the old and make way for the new, both physically and energetically. As you start to detox the liver jumps into action as it is the major detoxification organ in in the body. When it goes to work, cleaning out the toxins your body starts to feel lighter. The brain fog lifts as you gain clarity on your purpose work. As you nurture your physical body, your energetic body starts to ignite. Your energy and vitality increases.

A helpful affirmation for this year is

“Simplicity is the key; less is more and I am at peace and in alignment with this”.

Joan McEwan

DID YOU KNOW:

According to researchhere are 6 of the healthiest foods that will keep your liver healthy are:

  • Grapefruit – This fruit is high in antioxidants called naringin and naringenin, which can help protect your liver by reducing inflammation and protecting liver cells. They may also help reduce fat build-up in the liver and increase fat-burning enzymes.
  • Green Tea – A recent study showed that green tea may reduce overall fat content in the liver and reduce oxidative stress.
  • Red and Black Berries – Like blueberries, cranberries, and raspberries are high in antioxidants that help protect your liver from damage.
  • Cruciferous Vegetables – This includes vegetables such as Brussels sprouts and broccoli. These powerhouse veggies are loaded with many compounds that can protect the liver by boosting liver enzyme levels, decreasing oxidative stress, and more.
  • Fatty Fish – Like tuna, cod, and Atlantic salmon. These provide you omega-3 fatty acids that reduce inflammation and have been shown to be very beneficial for your liver.
  • Beetroot Juice – Research has shown that beetroot juice may reduce inflammation and oxidative damage in the liver, and boost detoxification enzymes.

Make a change!

Now is the time to shift from being busy to taking the time to create space to think and be creative. You will find the more that you do this the more you will get done in a shorter space of time. Living and focusing on the present prevents distractions from the past or future.

Focus on your mental, physical and emotional areas!

The more that you understand you and your body helps you see what your journey in life is about, supports your success in all avenues of your life. 3 key areas to consider that will help you reach your potential: –

  • MENTAL: the mind is the control centre. It is the doing part, the logical part that drives the body. Practice letting go of ego and being non-judgemental. Take time to meditate and listen to the messages that come to you during this time.
  • PHYSICAL: the physical health of the body must be a priority. Consider regular detoxing. Support, strengthen and heal the body by creating space and quiet time for meditation and contemplation. Ingest good-quality nutrition free from preservatives and added chemicals. Move the body regularly, the body is not designed to sit for extended periods.
  • EMOTIONAL: our emotions trigger the actions we need to address before our body becomes aware of them. The more present we become to listen to our feelings, the more effective we become at responding to our inner knowing. When we address our emotions, we start to heal on all levels of our physical and emotional body. Slow down and listen to your inner knowing.

Slow down and go within to support your health, career and life!

The energy around this year will support us to move at a slower pace, going deeper within, and getting more benefits and lasting results as we align to our higher purpose. Creating space to grow and embody our learnings that support us further. To do this we need to get our body on-board and make sure that it is being looked after.

As we move forward this week, we need to get a balance of taking action and relaxing so that we create a space to manifest our goals. This keeps our body vibration elevated, and we will start attracting clients and friends who resonate with us.

Some tips to keep your body in good shape: –

  1. Eat high fibre foods
  2. Regular exercise
  3. Reduce alcohol intake
  4. Drink lots of water and prevent dehydration
  5. Maintain a healthy weight for your age and height

What will be your next step?

Do you feel invisible and undervalued at work? Are you fed up with making the same mistakes over and over? Do you yearn for more clarity and direction in your life? Are you ready to let go of your negative self-talk once and for all? Is it time to find your voice? In other words do you want to get to the root cause of what is preventing you from shining your light? Therefore, What will be your next step?

Above all, 2022 is calling us to heal old wounds, to get traction and uncover our unique gifts. Above all, it is time to do our purpose work. I was talking with a friend the other day, let’s call her Sara. She was reflecting on her life over the last 20 years when she realised there was a common pattern. This was a pivotal moment for her. She realised that she had been carrying a wound around with her for the last 20 years.

You see, Sara spent her life either feeling invisible or trying to make herself invisible. She built a wall around her home so that people could not see her. Furthermore, she had stopped making an effort with her hair or caring what she wore a long time ago. No longer trying to show up to the world each way, she just wanted to be invisible.

As we unpacked this dilemma Sara had uncovered it was clear that she had decided at some point that there was no point anymore. Making any kind of effort was not going to change her situation. After that, we talked and explored what it would feel like to have a hair makeover and what outfit would she like to buy her demeanour changed. As a result, Sara started to feel alive and felt excited about making a change.

In conclusion, It felt like the mist was lifting around Sara’s head. The fogginess was clearing as she started to get a glimpse of how she could create change with her thinking and her life. Her energy started to feel lighter as she considered how she would feel if she made some changes. Her perspective began to change. She began to feel excited about shifting her energy and making changes to improve her life.

“Maybe you are searching among the branches,

For what only appears in the roots.”

Rumi

Sara is not unique in trying to stay invisible. Many of us have felt like this at times in life and our career. Sometimes we self-sabotage ourselves without really being aware of how we are holding ourselves back. Taking a helicopter view of where we are at can shed a different perspective. Time to stop playing small and step into your purpose work, doing what makes you happy and fulfilled.

The year of 2022 has a focus on strengthening our physical presence by growing and developing our spiritual qualities. As we balance our mental, physical, and spiritual bodies we will create more peace, harmony, and healing within. Leading to sustained success in health, career, business, and relationships.

So, if this has triggered your thinking around what will be your next step? Consider these 3 points: –

  1. You need to commit to taking the step and act now, nobody can do the work for you
  2. Being indecisive and repeating the same cycles keeps you “stuck”
  3. Become more aware of your negative self-talk and take action to change it

Would love to hear how this resonated with you and what will be your next step?
