How robust is your wellness toolkit?

How important do you rate your self-care practices? Do you have a wellness toolkit? How robust is your wellness toolkit? Is it time to level up with your health and wellness to support you on your health and wellness journey?

Recently I was invited to be one of four panellists on a Podcast Series called Victim to Victory. The focus was around sharing different perspectives on health and wellness.

We talked about mental health, anxiety, depression, and bi-polar disorders, transitioning through menopause, abundant mindset and manifestation and healing, and balancing the mind, body, and soul. The key threads throughout the podcast was the need to simplify and declutter, go back to the basics and take personal responsibility. It all starts with you!

What I find is that my female clients are so busy juggling different “hats” and trying to be “superwoman” that they just don’t even have the space to think about their health and wellness. They tell me that “I am just so busy trying to meet deadlines, take the kids to after school sports and then try and figure out what to cook for dinner that I just don’t have time to think about my health”. “It is just something else that I don’t have time to think about”.

So, what I enjoyed about this recent health and wellness podcast was that it explored different facets and ways that we can address out health and wellness. There is not a “one size fits all” when it comes to managing our health and wellness. The more we listen to other health professionals experience, points of view that are verified by science, the more we can make informed choices and chose what is right for us. Learn to listen to what resonates for you at any given time.

Does this sound familiar?

“Part of manifestation practice is what you let go of

Research is telling us that although wellness has been around for many decades, however it is now viewed through a more holistic lens addressing the mind, body, and soul. This recent study shows that:
